Full house and speedy service. My sister and I went in starving and left satisfied, as always Instead of ordering ol reliable chicken tikka masala or butter chicken I suggest trying the chicken saag. Their mango lassi is to die for. And the fish pakora makes catfish taste so good Our servers attentiveness is what makes it worth it to dine in. Rest assured you will be taken care of here. Unfortunately high desert restaurants lack warm hospitality but this place stands out by doing what they do so effortlessly.

Here's an updated menu, the old ones on here are outdated, prices have definitely increased. The coconut curry shrimp is my all time fav dish (mild). It's a bit pricey but they provide a good enough portion.

I have not eaten here when it is busy (only for lunch a handful of times) which concerns me because I worry that if not enough people frequent a restaurant the food is not fresh. I hope they do get busy in the evenings. The times I have eaten there it has been my group and one or two other tables. The service is not the fastest, nor the friendliest or the most welcoming... but courteous and professional. The food isn't out of this world. Some Indian restaurants, all down the hill, have food that is divine enough to put me on Cloud 9. Eating here is not a gift to my palate, but it satisfies the craving for Indian food when I have it. I am grateful they have been able to stay in business, and hope that they get busier and that they improve their recipes a bit. Also, whatever they are using to wipe down the tables and menus...leaves a sticky residue... I would switch to a different product.

Have you ever tried curry? Spice has several different varieties and you get to choose your heat level. What? Never had Indian food? Spice is the place to try. Reasonably priced and right off Main Street in Hesperia by Stater Bros. Many healthy vegan dishes, different meats like lamb, or sizzling entrees. Traditional relaxed Indian dining atmosphere:). Great for date night:) Enjoy your meal:)
